At PiPi Tea Co, we work hard to make sure every order is prepared with care and delivered as smoothly as possible.

Processing Time
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Each PiPiTea™ order is carefully prepared, checked, and packed before dispatch. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time
After dispatch, most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum spend required. Every parcel is securely packed and includes tracking where supported by the carrier. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pipitea.co with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos are helpful for damaged items. We’ll review the matter and help with the best solution.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of being placed. To request a cancellation, email support@pipitea.co with “CANCEL ORDER” in the subject line and include your order number. After this period, your order may already be in processing.
