purchase or a recurring subscription. This policy explains
how each option works, how to manage it, and how to cancel
at any time.
One-Time Purchases
A one-time purchase is exactly what it sounds like — you
pay for your order once and we ship it to you. There's no
recurring charge, no automatic renewal, and no commitment.

Refund Policy. We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on
all PiPi Tea products.
Subscriptions
When you choose to subscribe, you'll receive repeat
deliveries of your favorite PiPi Tea on the schedule you
select — and you'll save 10% on every order.
How subscriptions work:
- Choose your delivery frequency at checkout (e.g., every
30 days, 60 days, or 90 days)
- Your payment method is stored securely with our payment
processor
- Each delivery is automatically billed and shipped on your
selected schedule
- You receive 10% off every recurring order
- Your subscription continues until you choose to cancel —
no minimum commitment, no hidden terms
You're always in full control of your subscription.
How to manage your subscription:
After your first purchase, you can manage everything from
your account. Just log in and click "Manage My Account"
from the customer menu. From there, you can:

✓ Skip a delivery
✓ Change your delivery frequency
✓ Update your shipping address
✓ Update your payment method
✓ Pause your subscription
✓ Cancel your subscription — anytime
There are no fees for skipping, pausing, or canceling.
Cancellation is instant and takes just a few clicks. We
will never make it harder to cancel than it was to sign up.
